All appraisals on Galveston Island and other outlying areas will be discussed on a case by case basis. County coverage is limited to Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and southern Montgomery.
All appraisals with required turnaround times less than 48 hours from order time will be assessed a $75.00 rush fee. (Acceptance of assignment will be based on current work load).
